Flemings Mayfair Begins Renovations on Suites & Apartments

Looking for a good excuse to head over to the swank London neighborhood of Mayfair? Boutique property Flemings Mayfair has announced an investment of £2 million in some renovations that we think will make the hotel even more of a must-see.

Work has already started on the project’s £1 million first phase. The hotel's six suites and apartments will be unveiled in April, including the penthouse and roof terrace. These will be accessed via a separate entrance on Clarges Street—making them a top pick for VIPs looking for discretion and privacy.

Each of the one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and apartments will have its own individual theme. Bonus: Families (or anyone else who just likes to cook) will be able to use the fully equipped kitchens for homemade meals whenever the mood strikes.

The second phase of the program—refurbishing the hotel’s 115 guest bedrooms—will begin in early 2015 following an additional £1 million investment.

Flemings Mayfair is already a renovation of six Georgian townhouses converted into one space on Half Moon Street. For more information, visit www.flemings-mayfair.co.uk
