Four Seasons Resort Nevis
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is giving VIPs less reason to worry about seasonal weather conditions before their Caribbean or Mexico getaway.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis in the Caribbean and Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita in Mexico are teaming up to offer guests the “Peace of Mind Guarantee,” a program that will offer booked guests the opportunity to be re-accommodated at each property's sister resort when one is impacted by seasonal weather conditions.
Additionally, clients will receive a refund of applicable airline change fees in the form of resort credit. Guests with reservations for stays at either Four Seasons Resort Nevis or Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita from now through November 15 are eligible for the Peace of Mind Guarantee.
The offer applies when a tropical storm watch or warning, or hurricane watch or warning, is issued by the National Hurricane Center for one of the destinations.
Guests may choose to be re-accommodated for the same dates of travel and for a similar room category at the same rate originally booked. Guests must show proof of airfare payment and change fees when they arrive to the resort to receive the resort credit to the amount of the change fee up to $500 per person.
The Peace of Mind Guarantee is available to guests with existing reservations or any new bookings for this period of travel. Resort credit only applies for airfare change fees for commercial flights and does not apply for private jet or charters travel.
