Four Seasons New York Opens New Event Spaces

It's hard to find privacy in New York City, but we think these hidden spots will do nicely: We hear that two new non-traditional event spaces in the Four Seasons Hotel New York are now available for receptions, private dinners, weddings, and lunch and breakfast meetings.

Fifty-Eight (the former L'Atelier space) can seat up to 40 guests for dinner and can hold a maximum of 70 guests for a reception. (The room gets its name for its views over 58th Street.) Cool touch: The space was designed by Pierre Yves Rochon and has a sleek wooden counter that can be used as a bar or buffet. The Fifty-Eight Room is available days and evenings.

The Fifty-Eight space can be booked along with The Bar for breakfasts and lunches with up to 100 people.

For those that are looking for outdoor space indoors, The Garden restaurant is available for private events and weddings during the evenings. The space becomes an "outdoor forest" at night inside the Hotel’s 33-foot high lobby, and can accommodate 50-120 people for formal dinners and wedding receptions to more casual parties. Evening events can be booked starting at 5:00 pm.

Best of all, an on-site planner can help create events while coordinating all of the food, beverage and design details.
