Host Hotel and Resorts has chosen third-party management company Sage Hospitality as the new manager of the Four Seasons Philadelphia, beginning June 2015. Sage operates more than 60 branded hotels as well as nine independent restaurants.
Sage will help create a unique identity for the hotel. A renovation will begin around June 2015 to help achieve a new look. The hotel will be closed during this time, and it will open again in the fall of 2015.
The hotel has a central location in the city of Philadelphia close to the commercial and business districts.

Abji, executive vice president, asset management. “Sage's wealth of experience with lifestyle hotels, combined with their highly successful and profitable restaurant division will make a critical contribution to the redevelopment of this asset.”
Host Hotels and Resorts owns 98 properties in the U.S.
