It looks like Bangkok will be getting a new luxury hotel as part of a swank development in a few years: Thailand-based international real estate developer Country Group Development and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts are planning both a luxury hotel and residential project situated along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River. The development will be home to the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
The Hotel will have more than 300 rooms and suites, while the private residences will have of more than 350 all-corner luxury units in a 73-story tower offering top views of the Bangkok city skyline.
In designing the concept for Chao Phraya Estate, CGD appointed masterplan and design consultants Hamiltons International, alongside consulting interior design group BAMO to make the most of waterfront living.
Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River are due for completion at the end of 2018.
The Residential Sales Gallery is set to launch in January 2015 and will be situated on the development site at Soi Charoen Krung, 64 Charoen Krung Road, Yannawa Sathorn.
