Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg is online and ready for reservations for its December 1 debut, with 117 guest rooms and suites spread throughout nine buildings and gardens.
Five all-new restaurants and lounges are preparing to welcome both local and international guests. The hotel's showpiece restaurant will b View, conceived as a gallery of culinary art where Chef Dirk Gieselmann and his team will flex their creative muscles. Flames will offer a terrace and sunset views. As the name suggests, grilled specialities are on the menu, paired with South African wines and local craft beers. The hotel's wine cellar is being stocked at the moment and will give way to Cellar Door, an intimate venue for hosting wine tastings and other special events. For those on the move, Westcliff Deli is an easy drop-in spot with sandwiches and salads.
Spa goers are welcome to stay in their post-treatment robes as they lounge poolside at Apres-Spa, where wines, fresh juices and light cuisine can be enjoyed.
Housed in a completely new building, The Spa at Four Seasons will have nine treatment rooms, including a couple's suite. Full facilities for men and women include changing rooms, saunas and steam rooms.
