Bar 54Last night, we tried the delicious new, winter-themed cocktails at Hyatt Times Square and Bar 54, located on the top floor. Mixologist Julie Reiner created 17 new fab drinks for the fall and winter season that were inspired by her native home of Hawaii.

Some of the festive drinks include:

Brighton Beets is delicious and perfect for the holiday season. It is made with beet infused vodka, Tanqueray gin, lemon juice, muddled mint and more.

Colette Royale, which is our favorite is playful and not too sweet. It includes Partieda Reposed tequila, rose champagne, blood orange juice and more.

Doctor’s Note is a cider-lovers dream drink. It is made with Laird’s Bonded Applejack, lemon juice, ginger syrup, Doc’s hard cider and more.

Rhapsody in Rye is a strong but smooth concoction made with Bulleit Rye, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Ramazotti Amaro and more.

When you visit Bar 54 this winter, make sure to bring a jacket. You’ll want to wonder out onto the terrace for a view of the city and a close up look at the H&M building. Otherwise, we suggest relaxing in one of the conformable love-seats or plush large chairs.

Hyatt Times Square is located at 135 W 45th St, New York City.
