The Gallery Hotel Completes Major Renovations

The four-star 110-room Gallery Hotel, situated in Barcelona, within walking distance of Paseig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya, has announced that it underwent major renovations, including the addition of two new categories of rooms, redecorating of all meeting rooms, and creating of a new tapas bar.

The Gallery Hotel has designed five “Deluxe rooms”, said to be dedicated for clients looking for sophistication; and five “e-rooms”, designed for those who want technology.

The "e-rooms" are equipped with a Nintendo Wii, a media hub for all types of electronic equipment and a 32-inch 3D Smart TV connected to the Internet. Other available amenities are a coffee machine; bedding of the latest generation composed of natural fibers; telephone in the bathroom and room service 24/7. The rooms are also decorated in the latest trend hues.

The "Deluxe rooms" combine raw materials and soft colors like blue and purple. The room is divided into two areas—a sleeping area with a king size bed and a lounge. The "Deluxe rooms" are 398 square feet, and can accommodate up to three people. A coffee machine; a media hub; a pillow menu; two 32-inch 3D Smart TVs connected to Internet and the possibility of a late check out every day complete the new "Deluxe room." Wired or Wi-Fi connection is free throughout the hotel.

The improvements also include the convention rooms for meetings and events. Most have been renovated and are now fitted with fully-integrated audiovisual technology. A new open-plan room (2,045 square feet) is now available.

Also, The Gallery Hotel opened a new bar called the "Gallery Space," located on the corner of Rosselló and the gardens of Palau Robert.
