four seasons baliIf one of your clients is making a New Year's resolution to get in shape for 2016, take note: The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay will be offering a lineup of health and fitness experts aiming to help travelers stay on track for a "New Year, New You" goal even while on vacation.

Participants in the resort's 2016 Visiting Practitioners Program range from top-tier personal trainers to international massage therapists to the stars, and they will be in residence at the resort at various intervals throughout the year to expand on the property's regular daily fitness activities.

April 4-10: Djik Dewa, Balinese traditional healer

May 2-9: Vincent Low, professional Muay Thai instructor

June 6-13: Jean Chia, a Singaporean personal trainer who specializes in circuit, core training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

June 12-26: Dr John Rogerson, a biophysicist who uses his self-developed Energy Field Imaging scanning and Hair Profiling to assess an individual’s state of health and make recommendations to improve overall wellbeing

July 11-18: Alice Lee, certified yoga and Zumba instructor from Malaysia

July 18-31 and August 15-28: César Tejedor, the ‘Tibetan singing bowl masseuse’ who combines physiotherapy and Tibetan medicine to offer a holistic massage involving vibrations, sound and meditation

September 12-19: Taiga Takashiba and Hideto Takayama, professional aerobics and dance instructors

September 19 – October 2: Julian Eymann, whose deep tissue trigger point technique has earned him loyal clients including Clint Eastwood and Bollywood’s Shah Rukh Khan
