Get Ready for the Catwalk at These Spas in Paris

This whole week we will be covering Paris in celebration of Paris Fashion Week. We think there is no better way to get ready for the catwalks than to post how model Karlie Kloss experiences fashion week. Take a look at her YouTube video from last year in Paris.

Want to get model-ready for fashion week? We suggest visiting these top spas for some posh pampering.

Mandarin Oriental recently launched a “Zen & the City Package,” which gives the guests the chance to get fit with a 30-minuute private yoga class, followed by a 30-minute face or body massage. Guests will also eat healthy with the package, just try the “green and glam smoothie.”

Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Paris

As our Paris correspondent, Mary Winston-Nicklin, reported the Clarins spa at Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Paris is a must-visit. We suggest relaxing in the swimming pool, which is lit by natural light. The entire spa uses a white décor for a fresh, clean feeling. We hear that “The Art of Touch” treatment will give spa-goers optimal results in just 90 minutes, because it is completely customized. After the experience, stop by the detox bar for an herbal tea. Then hit the streets, you’ll feel great.

The Peninsula Hotel opened the sanctuary in 2014, since then it has become a popular spa center. As Winston-Nicklin explains, the spa has a very natural feeling with touches like wood and stone. The spa experience begins with tea service, and a cold towel wipe down for the hands. Don’t rush out of this spa the massage beds are topped with plush body pillows. After all, this is your time for indulgence. Tip: Yoga classes are also offered at 7:30 a.m. on the rooftop terrace.

The Molitort

All fashion fans should visit The Molitor. As Winston-Nicklin reports it was where the first-ever bikini was modeled and where the topless craze took off. It closed in 1989, but a major renovation brought it back in 2014. Now, there are two swimming pools and trendy swim suits are available in the lobby -- for that model look.
