Italian food lovers will delight in the opening of GIADA, the work of Emmy award winning celebrity chef, Giada De Laurentiis. Opening her first ever restaurant, this Italian eatery will be housed at the newly opened Las Vegas boutique hotel, Cromwell Las Vegas

With a menu inspired by her Roman heritage, GIADA serves up a range of light Italian fare enhanced by Californian influences. Think signature dishes such as Lemon Spaghetti, Chicken Marsala Meatballs and a bone-in Tuscan Ribeye, alongside fresh Lemon Ricotta Cookies and homemade gelatos, to keep those with a sweet tooth satisfied. As they wait for their meal, guests can either watch the chefs concoct homemade pasta, bread and desserts from the antipasto station (a first for Vegas Italian eateries), or enjoy the panoramic Strip views form the outdoor patio.

Family is key at GIADA, influencing everything from the décor to the cocktail menu.

“When guests come to GIADA, I want them to feel like they are coming to my house for dinner,” said De Laurentiis. “All the details of the restaurant are near and dear to my heart. My family was a big inspiration and you can see their influence in the art, décor and dishes.”

Tip: check out the signature cocktails, named after movies produced by her late grandfather Dino, such as the Jane Fonda classic Barbarella.
