Gleneagles Launches Health Package

As a move said to provide guests with the “opportunity to embark on the journey to optimal wellness, rejuvenation and vitality”, The Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland has unveiled the Tip-Top Shape ESPA Life Package.

The three-day package includes: accommodations for three nights; pre-trip call with ESPA Life naturopath; initial consultation and follow-up with the nutritionist; colon hydrotherapy treatment; acupuncture to kick-start specific areas requiring support; osteopathic visceral assessment; detoxifying aromatherapy massage tailored to the guest’s needs; food plan from ESPA Life menu; and full use of all Spa facilities.

The team overseeing the package is led by Louise Westra, a naturopathic practitioner.

The package is based on double occupancy for a three-night stay, and is valid from November 1 to March 31, 2013 (excluding December 21 to January 4, 2013).

A member of Virtuoso, The Leading Hotels of the World, and Connoisseurs Scotland, Gleneagles is a five-star hotel set in 850 acres in Perthshire, Scotland. In addition to ESPA Life, Gleneagles is known for its three championship golf courses, Scotland’s only two-Michelin-star restaurant (Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles), and sporting opportunities at the Shooting School, the Equestrian School, the British School of, and the Gundog School.

Gleneagles will host the 2014 Ryder Cup on its PGA Centenary Course.
