Hotel Jackson Opens in Jackson Hole

Hotel Jackson

New boutique property Hotel Jackson has opened in Jackson Hole, and we're here with a first look at the new property.

The first LEED certified hotel in the Town of Jackson, the Hotel Jackson has 58 guestrooms, including six suites, with spa-inspired bathrooms, L’Occitane amenities and in-room fireplaces.

The hotel's flagship restaurant, Figs, is helmed by Executive Chef Christian Bustamante and serves Mediterranean-inspired small plates and dishes spotlighting local Wyoming ingredients. Starting in July, the property will also play host to outdoor dining at Smokin' Iron, which will serve a wide selection of beers on tap and handcrafted cocktails. Hotel guests also enjoy access to the exclusive HJ Library, an intimate space for reading and relaxation, offering hand-crafted cocktails, wine, beer and small plates.

The property's design, which incorporates re-claimed barn wood, soft leather elements and hand-painted metal accents, is meant to pay homage to the town's history -- the original Hotel Jackson was one of the first five buildings in Jackson Hole back in the early 1900s.
