Today is a big day in the Caribbean as a St-Barth favorite, Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France reopens as Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France, the third hotel in the LVMH Hotel Management portfolio.
So what can guests expect? The spa is now the only Guerlain spa in the Caribbean. (We hear signature treatments include the St-Barth Solar Escape created to soothe skin.)
Rooms will be stocked with custom Leanor Greyl nourishing hair products to protect from salt and sun.
The White Bar is open, as well. Picture a poolside lounge with light dishes and cocktails, with classic sunset views, to boot.
The hotel has also added Alchemists, specialists trained in the Art de Recevoir, who create tailor-made experiences for guests. One option is the Big Blue Escape, a full-day tour of the island on a 69-foot yacht with catered lobster lunch on the beach.
