Looking for prime real estate in NYC? We think we've found it. Starwood Capital Group has teamed up with Tribeca Associates to officially sell the Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York, located just off Fifth Avenue on 53rd Street.

The 50-story glass tower will feature 61 private residences that range from one to four bedrooms. Cool touch: We hear there will be four full-floor units and one five-bedroom penthouse duplex with outdoor terrace. The tower will also feature a luxury hotel with 114 rooms including 26 suites.

Inside the residences, owners will find a private entrance with Baccarat chandelier in each foyer. The master bath will be outfitted with a free-standing soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower and white marble.
