Boca Raton Resort & Club Corks & Conversations

Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort has launched its elite Corks & Conversations wine dinner series beginning with an appearance from Justin Baldwin, founder of Justin Vineyards & Winery.

As part of the resort’s Artist in Residence program, the interactive dinner series pairs each event’s wine with a gourmet dinner as well as a chance for guests to meet the brand’s Winemaker.

Wine dinners will take place through April 2017 and include: a Faust, Quintessa and Flowers Vineyard & Winery dinner with Faust Winemaker Dave Jelinek, Truffle and Barolo with truffles from Piedmont and wines from Ceretto, Castello de Nieve and Vietti; Daou Vineyards with Winemaker and Proprietor Daniel Daou; The Prisoner Wine Company with Winemaker Chrissy Whitman; Argyle Winery with Founder Rollin Soles and Copper Cane Wine & Provisions with Owner Joe Wagner, among others.

Exclusive to resort guests & members, wine enthusiasts interested in attending may do so via the Corks & Conversations package, which includes the wine dinner of choice for two guests, accommodations, daily breakfast in Palm Court, and a gourmet welcome amenity.
