"Butler Picnics": A Unique Culinary Experience in London

 

The Lanesborough in London, one of the world's most luxurious hotels, will offer "Butler Picnics" between May and August 2012. Guests can delight in a savory menu with summer inspired canapes, Cornish poached lobster with Beluga mayonnaise, and a bolotine of truggled foie gras with asparagus jelly, topped off with chilled Taittinger Rose Champagne served in a crystal flute. For dessert, Cropwell bishop stilton trifle with pear marmalade, oatmeal sablee, or berry rumtop are among the choices, along with The Lanesborough's Artisan chocolates. To ensure a perfect experience, butlers will provide a personal consultation to modify each menu.

The Lanesborough is in a prime location, situated in the heart of London on the borders of Knightsbridge and Belgravia. Apsleys, a Michelin-starred, Heinz Beck Restaurant, is onsite. Guests will enjoy flawless butler service and panoramic views of Hyde Park
