Visitors to Baltimore can improve their cooking techniques by attending Executive Chef Oliver Beckert’s cooking classes at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. The classes will present new techniques and recipes, and (best of all) guests can end the day by tasting their work and pairing it with top wines.
Drawing on his German heritage and decades of experience with Four Seasons hotels and resorts around the world, each three-hour class will demonstrate a variety of cooking techniques and at-home entertaining tips along with a sampling of the featured food and drink pairings. Graduates of Chef’s culinary classes will receive a specially embroidered Four Seasons “Today I am the Chef!” apron and recipe booklet to take home. The classes are limited to 12 guests.

Can’t make it to Munich for the world’s largest beer festival? This class will provide hands-on instruction of authentic German recipes to recreate at home. Learn how to make schnitzel, German potato salad, and bratwurst (in beer!), all while sipping on a stein or two of Bavarian beer. Prost!
Holiday Classics at Home

Master the art of roasting a turkey and other holiday classics in the Hotel’s Serene Suite, a home-like setting with a full kitchen. Chef Beckert will give step-by-step instruction on how to create the perfect Thanksgiving feast and holiday hors d'oeuvres at home. Champagne and holiday cocktails will be served throughout the afternoon.
