There’s buzz coming out of the Bahamas regarding the renovation of One&Only Ocean Club’s Crescent Wing and its 40 beachfront rooms and suites.
We hear that the refurbishments began in June under the eye of designer Adam Tihany, who, we hear, drew his inspiration for the new look from British colonial style and native Bahamian elements (think calming colors like coral, cerulean blue and yellow mixed with Brazilian cherry wood and airy fabrics). Nice Touch: The walls of the rooms, decorated by French artist Camille Perrottet, are highlighted with colorful images of 
swimmers. We love that hardwood louvered doors open to a private patio or balcony that looks out onto the ocean.
Guests of the Crescent Wing rooms will enjoy a steam shower, Jacuzzi tub with TV and a Bose entertainment system. Note: 24-hour butler service is available to assist all guests with even the slightest of needs. This includes packing and unpacking, dinner and activity reservations, personal wake-up calls and service of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries.
