The key to happy guests is happy hotel employees, or so believes Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. In this vein, the luxury hotel is gearing up to launch another new initiative: the O-Zone Experience.
This "hotel within a hotel" is a newly renovated space taking up the entire second floor of the hotel's River Wing and is dedicated exclusively to employees. We hear O-Zone is divided into 10 zones such as Sell, Fashion, His, Hers, Health, Cafe 48, Talent, Mind, Dream and Relax, and has a contemporary design. We like that the zone is equipped with an entertainment and relaxation area, a bilingual lending library, hi-tech meeting venues, restaurant and retail kiosk.
The His and Hers sections will provide shower gel and soap from Davidoff for mean and from Dior for women.
