For clients who absolutely love a hotel brand, sometimes it is nice to feel the love back. Small Luxury Hotels of the World is offering advisors the opportunity to add value for the clients and to make them feel extra Special, Loved and Honored with each hotel stay they book, which the new enhanced benefits now available to members of The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Agents can offer customers the chance to earn complimentary nights and enjoy free room upgrades, special rates and late-checkout.

The new revised tier structures is as follows:

When customers join The Club of SLH they automatically become Special members, which has no expiry date and immediately entitles guests to complimentary room upgrades upon availability, access to The Club Exclusive rates, access to The Club Concierge, a membership card and special offers.

Once a member completes their first stay at an SLH property, they will be automatically elevated to tier two, a Loved member. These benefits include daily complimentary continental breakfast for two and late check-out subject to availability.

If a Loved member completes five stays within 12 months they will be upgraded to the third and final tier - an Honored member. Honored member benefits include all previous rewards plus a complimentary room night, an additional complimentary room night for every further five reservations made within the 12 months, priority room upgrade subject to availability, early check-in subject to availability and invitations to key events by SLH.
