Four Seasons Hotels in France and Italy Offer Jewelery-Themed Facials

Spa fans in Europe can try out two new facial treatments at two hotels that seem based on precious jewelry.

In Florence, the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze has a facial treatment that guarantees a golden glow…literally. The treatment uses real gold (along with other ingredients, of course) to firm skin up and reduce wrinkles.

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is the first city resort in Italy where all guests have the chance to experience this ultimate 100 percent natural skin rejuvenating treatment. The treatment lasts two hours.

In Paris, the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel George V has introduced the Cérémonial Précieux, a new facial treatment that includes real diamonds.

The first "cycle" of the treatment, Source of Peace, combines immersion of feet in a milky bath and hot stones with a moment of gentle relaxation with the benefits of a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage.

The second cycle, Source of Vitality, uses a series of gestures in endless circles on the skin to soothe body and mind. A facial massage using Contour Perfect technology is customized to fit individual needs.

The third cycle, Source of Youth, rejuvenates the skin with a diamond beauty mask on the face and neck. While the mask is drying, the guest can enjoy a light massage of the hands and arms.
