Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta to Host Summer Extravaganza

Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta—La Coleccion's newest all inclusive, adults-only resort—is launching the Hot Summer Extraveganza. From July 1 through August 31 travelers can take advantage of the resort's two-month program, complete with live entertainment, themed pool parties, and a lineup of six Mexican artists including DJs and fashion designers. 

During the Hot Summer Extraveganza, Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta will showcase swimwear fashion shows with several designers and host pool parties—with circus, rock & roll, cabaret and other themes—with local artists. Talent includes:

  • Rodrigo Gonzalez Baex (Simplyrod): With more than 19 years of experience entertaining crowds, Simplyrod has hosted more than 1,200 events, parties and overnights at distinguished hotels, clubs, bars and restaurants throughout Mexico. 
  • Chloe Mohe: Chloe is a professional DJ and French-Mexican jewelry designer who established MOHE in 2013. Today, she has developed a jewelry and accessories line that was inspired by her mother and her international travels. 
  • Alejandro Carlin: Alejandro is a Mexican fashion designer who owns two clothing brands, 'Lola de Alejandro' and 'Alejandro Carlin'. Having studied fashion in Milan and London, Carlin has had a successful fashion career and has showcased his line in shows such as the Mercedez Benz Fashion Week Mexico, SIMM (International Fashion Week in Madrid), and Sony Top Model. Carlin has dressed several celebrities including: Paris Hilton, Eva Longoria, Paulina Rubio and First Lady of Mexico, Angelica Rivera.
  • David Salomon: David is a Mexican fashion designer of Lebanese decent. His artistic vision focuses on simplicity and 'hippie chic' style. He has dressed celebrities like Kate Walsh, Teri Hatcher, Roselyn Sanchez, Eva Longoria, Lupita Jones and Giselle Blondet. 

Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta has 443 rooms as well as the Haixa Spa and an expansive fitness center.
