Montage Beverly Hills has named Hermann Elger ([email protected]) general manager. Elger was most recently the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun and was with the brand for 18 years holding positions at other Ritz-Carlton properties, including Bali, Aspen and Miami.
Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic has appointed Daniel Hernández ([email protected]) general manager. He will oversee the hotel’s completion of a two-year, $40 million renovation. Hernández has more than 30 years of industry experience including stints with AMResorts and Occidental Hotels.
Oberoi Hotels & Resorts has appointed two new general managers: Marc Denton ([email protected]) at The Oberoi, Mauritius and Vincent Guironnet ([email protected]) at The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur. Most recently, Denton was GM of The Oberoi Rajvilas and prior to that general manager of The Oberoi, Lombok in Indonesia. Guironnet picks up from Denton, having previously been resort manager of Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay.
