The Raleigh in Miami has named Isabel Gracia ([email protected]) director of sales and marketing. She will also oversee public relations. Prior to joining The Raleigh, Gracia served as director of sales and marketing at the Gansevoort Miami Beach, and before that she was the director of sales at One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas. She has also worked at other Miami-area hotels, such as the Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental.    

Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace in Budapest has named Yves Giacometti ([email protected] ons.com) general manager. This represents Giacometti’s ninth assignment over the course of his 25 years with Four Seasons. It also marks a return to Europe for Giacometti, after eight years in Buenos Aires and Carmelo, Uruguay. He’s also worked at hotels in Montreal, Houston, Mexico City, Sydney and Paris.
 

Trump Hotel Collection has tapped Preferred Hotel Group to provide sales, marketing and technology support for the brand’s portfolio. The collection also has a new private-label GDS code: “TW.”
