Mandarin Oriental's New Exec VP, Operations Director of the Americas

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has appointed Richard Baker to the position of Executive Vice President, Operations Director - The Americas. Baker comes to this position having previously held the role of Executive Vice President, Northern Region, The Americas.

In his new role, Baker will be responsible for the operations of all Mandarin Oriental hotels in The Americas. He will also oversee the Residences at Mandarin Oriental projects.

His previous positions have included posts at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts and Four Seasons.
