Morgan's Shore Club Adds New Signature Restaurant

Morgans Hotel Group's Shore Club in Miami has a new trendy signature restaurant. Terrazza at Shore Club is a casual, Italian chophouse that offers both indoor and alfresco dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We hear it could be the next hip dining spot in South Beach.

Terrazza at Shore Club is helmed by Executive Chef Stefano Riccioletti, who combines authentic Italian cooking with a New York edge. Terrazza's menu includes a mix of handmade brick-oven pizzas, homemade pastas, dry-aged steaks and wood-fired chops, as well as lighter fare, such as salads sourced from local produce. Guests can expect to taste signature dishes like Boscaiola, Terrazza’s take on mushroom pizza with roasted shiitake, oyster and cremini mushrooms, topped with fontina cheese and truffle oil, and Chitarra al Pomodoro, with fresh Chitarra spaghetti.
 
Terrazza at Shore Club overlook's the hotels pool decorated with lanterns and Moroccan-inspired Bali beds. With tables located outside on the terrace, guests can eat outdoors when weather permits. For a more casual, cool option, Terrazza offers lounge seating with couches lining the exterior of the terrace.
