Grace Bay Resorts has just opened a new collection of freestanding beachfront villas called The Residences.

The Skinny: Located within a gated enclave directly on Turks and Caicos’ Grace Bay Beach, The Residences are a trio of five-bedroom, privately owned villas, two of which feature décor from known interior designer Thom Filicia. All three are managed by the Grace Bay Club.

The Residences have direct access to Grace Bay Beach, as well as personal concierges, a community library and full-service fitness center. Hint: We recommend pitching them to small families or couples traveling with other couples.

Each home, which is available for rent through Grace Bay Club, comes complete with ocean views, its own infinity pool, a detached cottage that houses the fifth bedroom and bath, and a gracious 6,400 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.

Note: A-listers staying at The Residences also have access to a long list of luxury amenities such as private airport transfers, a personal concierge, a private chef on request, a daily breakfast in-villa, a start-up bar (think rum, vodka, mixers, wine and beer), daily housekeeping, a dining shuttle to Grace Bay Club or West Bay Club, and Wi-Fi and non-motorized sports. Tip: Additionally, all guests of The Residences have full access to all of Grace Bay Club’s resort amenities.

Luxury travel advisors looking to make any special requests for VIPs should reach out to Angella Tyson ([email protected]), director of reservations.
