The Greenbrier in West Virginia has made key appointments as it settles in under new ownership—most notably, Patricia Jenkins as director of service quality. Her focus: regaining Mobil Five-Star status for the hotel. Jenkins has held the same post before at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.Meanwhile, Jeff Kmiec has been named vice president of sales and marketing.
