New Website and Mobile Site Launches By Preferred Hotel Group

A global provider of sales, marketing, and distribution services to independent luxury hotels, Preferred Hotel Group’s reach extends to more than 650 hotels in over 85 countries. The new brand website and a newly introduced mobile website will further increase site traffic, improve the brand’s visibility, and raise the number of bookings being made in the future.

The new uses visual elements and technical structure that make the site easier to navigate, and more user-friendly. Large imagery on the sites, for example, brings the travel experience to life, and helps differentiate member hotels within the Preferred Hotel Group family of brands.  Other new additions to the website include Guest Reviews, a Share tool, Tags, Flexible Searches, an “Experience” Tab, and new language offerings.

Using its Integrated Quality Assurance program, Preferred Hotel Group collects comments from third-party review sites and reposts them to individual hotel pages as real-time review feeds. The Share tool allows for greater social media engagement by allowing users to forward any element of the site to their Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and email networks. The addition of Tags link member hotels to common keyword searches, including popular destinations, general geographic vicinities, and type of experience. Flexible Searches can be further tailored by amenities, activities, setting, interests, style, and Preferred Family certification. By using the new “Experiences” tab, travelers can search and sort through member hotels that best suit their needs.  The tab links directly to websites for the company’s branded programs. To really extend their global influence, the brand sites will be available in Japanese and German later this year.
