Nobu Warsaw to Open in August

A rendering of Nobu Hospitality's Warsaw hotel

Over the last few years, Warsaw has witnessed something of a rebirth, reflected in its new role as an emerging European tourist destination. The world’s gaze turned to the Polish capital in 2018 when Raffles unveiled the Europejski Hotel, a historic Neo-Renaissance palace that went through a dramatic restoration before reopening with the brand’s signature Long Bar, a six-room Raffles Spa, an impressive contemporary Polish art collection. Now, Nobu Hotels will train the spotlight on Warsaw in 2020 when its luxury lifestyle hotel makes a splash in August.

Surrounded by pre-war buildings in the heart of the city, Nobu Warsaw will be housed in an Art Deco building from the early 20th century, enlarged with a new modern wing. There will be 117 guestrooms designed in a contemporary Japanese style and equipped with floor-to-ceiling soundproof windows. In-room perks include yoga mats, Natura Bissé bath amenities and traditional Japanese tea sets. Note that suite guests get complimentary breakfast for two with their room rates. The best room in the house will be the Nobu Suite, encompassing 1,173 square feet and kitted out with a living area, kitchenette and dining area.

Perched on the top floor, the wellness zone will have a top-notch fitness center overlooking the city, alongside a sauna, steam room and plunge bath. There will also be abundant meeting and event space. The star attraction? Nobu Warsaw will serve the cuisine for which Nobu is famed around the world. You’ll also be able to try traditional Polish pastries at the Nobu Café.
