Hein Olckers has been appointed Regional Director Learning and Development for Norther America, Mexico and the Caribbean for Orient-Express Hotels Ltd.
In this new role, Olckers will develop and implement training, governance and compliance programs across the portfolio of properties within the region.
He comes to the role with more than 20 years of hospitality experience. His work includes stints at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Kruger Park Lodge and Namib Sun Hotels and The Strand Hotel in Namibia.
