Istanbul has a new VIP address: Raffles has opened its doors in the heart of the Zorlu Center, a new hub for fashion, food and the arts, overlooking the Bosphorus, the Princess Islands and the peninsula.

Fans of Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris will appreciate the sleek, modern interiors of the sister property in Istanbul (think  artwork commissioned from local artists mixing paintings, sculpture, photography and video). The hotel even has its own art concierge to steer clients through the city’s new art scene. Fashionistas, we didn’t forget you! A personal shopping and styling service will provide excursions throughout the city for the ultimate retailing experiences.

Of the 180 rooms, 49 are suites and one of the two bars is a neat interpretation of the iconic Long Bar at Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Other amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, a helipad and a large Raffles Spa that's 32,000 square feet in size.

Culture Trip: The hotel has direct access to the Zorlu Performing Arts Center, which will offer dramas and musicals simultaneously with their openings in London and Broadway.

Travel advisors can contact the director of sales, Zeynep Oden ([email protected]), with specific requests.
