New Homes at Royal Westmoreland, Barbados, Now On Sale

The newest development of homes at luxury Barbados resort, Royal Westmoreland, is now on sale. The new Mahogany Heights includes 12 semi-detached, three-bedroom villas priced from £925,000.

It is one of the most affordable developments in the resort. Amenities include a master bedroom, open plan kitchen and large sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck and dining room. The first floor offers two en-suite bedrooms with Juliette balconies boasting sea views.

The villas encompass the championship golf course. Each have their own private pool and are set within mature gardens. The development has been designed by SA Design and led by Sean Armstrong, who was commissioned by Royal Westmoreland.

Royal Westmoreland is one of the only gated resorts with full facilities in Barbados. The 250 villas and apartments utilize the natural aspects of the resort among its landscaped 750-acre estate.

Along with its par 72, 7,045-yard championship golf course, it provides a members-only Beach Club at Mullins Bay, fitness center, salt water swimming pools, clay tennis courts, wellness spa and restaurant at the club house.
