Singapore Hotels are Taking the Luxe Up a Notch

The Pan Pacific Singapore is upping the luxury with a $64 million renovation to include updated guest rooms, restaurants, and lobby. Guests will love the panoramic views at the Pacific Club on Level 38, the top floor of the hotel. The Pan Pacific is expected to reopen in August, 2012.

Speaking of taking luxury up a notch, The Garden Wing of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore has recently reopened after a $1.5 million renovation. The reveal includes a Waterfall Garden Cafe and Singapore's first CHI, The Spa. Think 15 acres of tropical gardens and waterfalls - perfect for an urban escape.

There are also some much anticipated hotel openings coming later this year in Singapore. The W Singapore Sentosa Cove will open in August 2012 on an exclusive island resort area. The PARKROYAL on Pickering is also expected to open later this year, offering eco-friendly features such as sky gardens and rainwater harvesting. The Westin Hotel, Asia Square Tower II is also set to open in 2013. Last but not least, the Sofitel So Singapore is set to open in 2013, in the heart of the city center. The hotel will be convenient to premier shopping and iconic landmarks.
