LAS VEGAS--Beginning in 2012, Silversea will be dropping its non-commissioned fares, or NCFs, according to Steve Tucker, Silversea's vice president of field sales, North America.
Tucker made the announcement yesterday, June 21, at Vacation.com's 13th International Conference & Trade Show as part of a Cruise Panel on which top cruise executives discussed the issues facing the industry.
"We are pleased to announce that when you book a 2012 sailing with free air and shipboard credit, we will pay full commission on the air and the gratuities," Tucker told the audience.
