SLS New York Slated for Next Year

The party is headed to New York and will arrive by 2014, or so says Hotel Chatter. We hear that Sam Nazarian's new SLS New York will make a home for itself at 444 Park Avenue South.

The hotel will have 190 rooms, designed by iconic Philippe Starck. And in addition to a new restaurant and nightlife "concept," the hotel will be home to a rooftop experience. It will not be a nightclub, the New York Post clarifies, but it will most definitely be a bar with some impressive NYC views. Be sure to checkout subterranean S Bar, as well.
