Spend Summer at The Peninsula New York

Summer just got a lot better with the reopening of The Peninsula New York's 2,700-square-foot Sun Terrace, which occupies the mezzanine level of The Peninsula Spa by ESPA, located between the 21st and 22nd floors of the hotel.

The new Sun Terrace expands upon the "chic elegance" of the spa, utilizing rich saffron and russet colored fabrics and teak accent furnishings. The terrace is also equipped with sun loungers and tables for alfresco dining.

Hotel guests, fitness members and day spa guests benefit from the new Sun Terrace’s amenities, including a food and beverage menu complete with fruit smoothies and fresh seasonal dishes. A full-time attendant provides such niceties as sun block, chilled hand towels and bottled water.

For the fitness-minded, complimentary outdoor sunrise yoga classes are held three times per week at 7:00 am New Yorkers can also gain access to the Sun Terrace and the Spa’s entire facility by becoming a Summer Fitness Member.

The Sun Terrace is open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and is accessible through the spa's entrance on the 21st floor of the hotel and is complimentary for hotel guests, fitness members and day spa guests who book a minimum of two hours of services.
