While location may be king, service is without a doubt the heir to the throne. We just received a peek at the 2012 Global Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index and we were curious to find out who came out on top.
Based on the survey, Drury Hotels posted the world's highest customer satisfaction score for 2012, based on global results from the Market Metrix Hospitality Index. Scandic Hotels and Radisson posted the top customer satisfaction scores among hotel chains in Europe and Asia Pacific regions respectively.
