Four Seasons Florence Hosts Outdoor Art Exhibit

Visitors to Florence this summer should make a point to stop by the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze's Gherardesca Garden. Starting in June, the aptly named Trattoria Al Fresco is launching its third summer season, with traditional light meals and summer-appropriate snacks (courtesy of Michelin-starred Chef Vito Mollica).

The best part: Throughout the summer, the garden will be the site of a contemporary art exhibition made up of bronze sculptures by Italian artist Ugo Riva. We hear the most impressive will be a piece in polychrome bronze that the artist created especially for the hotel called Seasons, comprised of three women with a little girl seated at their feet on the back of a tortoise.
