The New Duomo Suite at the Palazzo Parigi in Milan

Palazzo Parigi

The Palazzo Parigi made a splash when it opened in Milan earlier this year; a 17th century palace was reborn as a five-star hotel with interiors by designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. And it’s making headlines again with the debut of the new Duomo Suite, which has sweeping views over, you guessed it, the Milan landmark, the Duomo. Encompassing 110 square feet, the terrace is a good perch for taking in the city vistas. There’s an in-suite wet bar, too, for sunset cocktails.

The Duomo Suite was designed as a contemporary, luxury apartment with a state-of-the-art kitchen and free wifi. Clad in marble, the master bathroom has double vanities, a mirror TV, a soaking tub and separate shower. Note that the suite has an open, flexible floor plan and can be expanded to 1,937 square feet by connecting the adjoining Prestige Suite and Deluxe Room. The services of a private butler are available on request.
