Lufthansa Airlines is now offering an exclusive experience for their first class and private jet guests: driving a Porsche 911 or Panamera through the streets of Munich, Germany, during layovers. The Porsche First Class Excitement package is offered for any customers of Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines and members of Lufthansa Private Jet who have valid first class tickets for that day.
Customers looking to liven up their layover can contact Lufthansa to arrange for a First Class Personal Assistant to schedule a car rental. Guests have the option to book their Porsche online before their flight or choose a car spontaneously before their ride. The Porsche experience includes a three hour rental, 150 kilometers, petrol and insurance for EUR 99.11. Porsche bookings can be made online at LH.com/Porsche or by calling +49 6171 68 1377.
After the drive, passengers will be escorted by limousine directly to the aircraft. Onboard, guests will be served first class menu items, wines and spirits. All first class cabins are equipped with six foot long flat beds to make their flight as relaxing as possible.
