Jumeirah Expands Global Presence

Jumeirah Group is making some serious moves across the globe. With 22 luxury hotels currently under its belt, including 11 in the Gulf region, six in Europe and five in Asia, Jumeirah-philes will be happy to know another 15 are now under development.

Jumeirah plans to operate 169 luxury serviced residences, in addition to the 207-room Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel, which is close to completion. The apartment and hotel complex is in the center of New Pearl City Tian He District. The 207-room hotel is set to open in 2015 and will have 10 food and beverage outlets, a Sky lobby on the 49th floor and banquet and conference center. Guests will have access to the Talise Spa, swimming pool, a fitness center, yoga studio and juice bar. 

Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel Unveils New Look

Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel has unveiled a refurbishment that takes on a sleek and contemporary vibe. The boutique Belgravia hotel has taken a sophisticated design across all 88 rooms. From tech touches to traditional artistic masterpieces, the London hotel has raised the bar. iPads have been installed in all rooms, featuring a room service app allowing guests to order food and drink, along with extra pillows and blankets.
