According to Hotel Chatter, the hotel has decided to close its doors for some behind-the-scenes face lifting, tummy tucking, enhancing…and every other plastic surgery reference you can think of. The renovation will take close to a year, so start thinking about your Christmas plans for 2014. Perhaps you'd like to unwrap a brand-new Lanesborough.
