London Lanesborough and House of Ruinart Collaborate for Wine Tasting

The luxurious Lanesborough in London (say that three times fast) has announced an exclusive event with The House of Ruinart, producer of some of the world’s finest vintage and non-vintage cuvees.

On May 19th, at Apsleys, a Heinz Beck Restaurant, guests will be treated to a 7-course tasting menu specially created by three Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck and paired with Ruinart’s premium vintages.

Also on board for full-fledged oenophiles will be Frederic Panaiotis, Cellar Master from The House of Ruinart, who will guide guests through each grape-laden course.

We've heard that the 7-course menu will feature unique offerings such as sea scallops with pea and artichoke, langoustine with fennel and grapefruit, and Chef Heinz Beck’s signature carbonara fagottelli.  And of course each dish is masterfully paired with a rare Ruinart vintage.
