London West Hollywood Hotel Begins Suite Renovations

There's always something new going on in Los Angeles. To wit: The London West Hollywood, a Sunset Boulevard hotel right by Beverly Hills, is kicking off a $23 million renovations. The redesign will focus on new ninth floor suites by the original designer of the property, David Collins Studio: 16 Royal Vista suites as well as five specialty Gate Suites that (we hear) are designed to pay homage to London’s Hyde Park. These twenty-one suites, in addition to a new fitness center, are set to debut this September.

The Gate Suites each have one or two bedrooms and can cover  between 1,425 – 1,975 square feet, will have a residential ambiance with hardwood flooring; kitchens or kitchenettes; 53" flat-screen TVs; and three terraces with top views of Los Angeles. Perks in these suites include one-way airport transportation as well as VIP in-suite check-in.

The 16 750 square-foot Royal Vista Suites on the ninth floor will have private dressing areas, oversized work desks and bathrooms with soaking tubs and dual shower heads.

More details of the renovation will be revealed in coming months—keep an eye on LuxuryTravelAdvisor.com for updates.
