Malta's Corinthia Palace Hotel to Host Parisian New Year's Eve Festival

Looking for a unique way to celebrate New Year's Eve in Europe? Consider Malta, where the Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa is hosting a fete with a Parisian touch that includes a New Year’s Day breakfast and tax.

The Hotel’s Villa Corinthia restaurant will recreate the style of an old-school Parisian lounge with dancing and entertainment. Hosted by Maltese actor Alan Montanaro, the reception will include Paris-themed canapés and cocktails, followed by a six-course meal with free-flowing wine and other drinks from the bar.

Malta is home to the highest density of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in any nation-state in the world. Valletta, built by the Knights of St. John, is one of the UNESCO sights and will be the European Capital of Culture for 2018. Malta also has one of the British Empire's most formidable defensive systems, as well as much domestic, religious and military architecture from the ancient, medieval and early modern periods.
