Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas Names New Sales & Marketing Director

Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas has announced the appointment of Randolph Wilcott as director of sales and marketing for the triple Forbes-Five Star hotel.

Prior to this post, Wilcott was director of sales and marketing at Mandarin Oriental’s Elbow Beach Bermuda resort since 2008. He had also worked at Mandarin Oriental Elbow Beach from 2001 to 2003 as the resort’s director of sales and marketing. In addition to working for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Wilcott’s hospitality sales and marketing career included positions with various five-star resorts, such as The Boca Raton Resort and Club, Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, The GreenBrier Resort and Wigwam Resort. During his 31year hotel career, he also served in sales capacities with Stouffer Hotels and Westin Hotels. He is a life member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and held chairman positions with the Bermuda Hotel Association and Associated Luxury Hotels, Inc. (ALHI).

Wilcott has three grown children, Taylor, Chance and Nicolas, and is married to his wife Kelly.

Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is one of only six triple Forbes Five-Star hotels in the US and is the only hotel in Las Vegas with Five-Star recognition for the hotel, Twist restaurant and The Spa. It was designed entirely by interior designer Adam D. Tihany and architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox.
