Mandarin Oriental Unveils Special Packages in Boston, New York and Washington

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is inviting guests to pack up the car and hit the road with special Park and Stay packages at the Boston, New York and Washington D.C. properties.

Each property offers packages that accommodate one vehicle with complimentary valet parking. The packages are available through December 31, 2019.

Mandarin Oriental, Boston

Park & Stay near Boston’s Back Bay with a room rate of $635 per night and complimentary valet parking. 

After check-in, guests can sip on seasonal Nantucket Afternoon Tea, then head to the room to prepare for an evening of exploring. Cultural events include the annual Shakespeare on the Common (July 17 – August 4) and the ICA Boston Art Show, showcasing paintings, sculptures, ceramics and more (June 26 – September 22). The 28th annual Woods Hole Film Festival (July 27 – August 3), screens independent films from across the country

Just an hour drive away, guests can jump in the car and head up to the Berkshire Hills to listen to music and enjoy nature at Tanglewood. Here, performances by the Boston Symphony Orchestra, as well as many other well-known names in classical music, rock, folk, pop and more will appear on stage throughout the summer. Mandarin Oriental’s concierge team is available to assist in securing tickets to select performances.

Park & Stay in New York City. Priced at $1,223 per night; this package includes complimentary parking, $100 credit towards spa or dining, American breakfast for two guests at Asiate or in-room dining and a special New York City-themed welcome amenity.

Before diving into New York’s nightlife, guests can visit the spa concierge for a tailored treatment and then kick off the night at The Office NYC or The Aviary NYC for Instagram-worthy cocktails. In New York, summer events include the annual, "Instagrammable" Pinknic on Randall’s Island (July 19 – 20), the Afropunk Festival in Brooklyn (August 24 – 25) or the U.S. Open (August 26 – September 8). For fans of both the city and beach, guests can continue their journey with a drive out to the Hamptons.

Drive In & Stay Late with this year-round package. Priced at $295 per night, guests receive complimentary valet parking and a guaranteed late checkout at 2 p.m.

Once checked in, swim in the 50-foot indoor heated swimming pool and refuel with a bite at the Asian-inspire Muze before hitting the historical sites of downtown D.C.

In addition to touring the city’s most treasured national monuments, guests can choose to coordinate their travels with some of the upcoming events taking place right in the country’s capital. The Universoul Circus returns to D.C. this summer with circus acts from around the world (June 22 – July 23). Citi Open, one of D.C.’s longest-standing sports traditions, will feature some of the biggest names in golf (July 27 – August 4). Other local events, such as the Truckeroo food truck roundup and the 17th Street Festival, bring together over 100 vendors of food and drink offerings, over 50 artists, live music performances and more.
