Yesawich, who directs MMGY’s consumer research, is regarded as one of the most respected and insightful sources on the habits, preferences and intentions of American travelers. His presentation, “The Affluent Traveler: Motivations, Myths and Market Opportunities,” will reveal highlights from the 2014 MMGY Global/Questex Portrait of Affluent Travelers and provide luxury travel advisors with insights into the emerging travel behavior and preferences  of the growing affluent market.

“I look forward to sharing the key insights from this provocative piece of work with the Luxury Travel Exchange delegates,” said Yesawich. “We’ll also explore emerging generational differences with a particular focus on the next generation of affluent travelers, millennials, and how travel advisors may use the insights to enhance the effectiveness of their marketing plans and gain new clients.”

“Inviting Peter Yesawich to LTX is just another example of our commitment to providing quality programming to our audience of luxury travel advisors and suppliers,” said Jill Birkett, LTX event director for Questex Hospitality + Travel. “Delegates will walk away with a deeper understanding on how they should position their selling strategy to tap into the new generation of affluent travelers.”
